THREE FOLD INNOVATION
STRATEGY
CONSUMER

The LEARCT Energy Platform is protected by SBIR Phase 3 criteria. It is an autonomous system and will provide clean scalable  renewable energy that can be integrated within any geographical location supplying energy 24 hours a day. For the amount of renewable energy our components create, comparably they occupy the smallest physical footprint.

The Water component generates water from the air in large industrial volumes of potable water using the least energy possible. Most importantly,  it is capable of generating water at temperatures under 15C/59F with less than 30% relative humidity.

The Water filtration component operates at a pure cost level of 1KW per 1000 gallons. A single pass through the component  eliminates 99+% total suspended solids and stratifies and separates any organic materials  and can effectively eliminate microbial activity. This component is extremely compact occupying a minimal physical footprint.

The LEARCT Platform is not susceptible to fluctuating commodities, sunlight, or adverse weather conditions. The challenges that are specific to the LEARCT Platform consist of entry barriers by competing energy and water platforms.

The LEARCT Platform utilizes existing technologies retrofitted with one another. Therefore, the strategy is a never before demonstrated approach by converting technologies via transference of technology from other institutional sectors.

LEARCT will ensure that technological developments are accessible to a wider range of energy and water strategies to further develop and exploit the technology into new products, processes, applications, and/or services.

More than 80% of the U.S. energy infrastructure is owned by the private sector. By intergrating the LEARCT Platforms within current infrastructure we can begin to gain market share in overall energy and water generation. We will potentially expand the renewable energy sector from 3% overall to 10% to 20% within the first year of implementation while simultaneously offering clean water strategies. Thus, capturing the market share from fossil fuel energy generation and chemical processes associated with energy and water remediation. This will be a synchronized reduction of the carbon footprint created by current technologies.

We will also partner with the  Asian Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Partnerships for Peace.

APEC is the premier Asia-Pacific economic forum. Their primary goal is to support sustainable economic growth and prosperity in the Asia-Pacific region.

APEC is united in their drive to build a dynamic and harmonious Asia-Pacific community by championing free and open trade and investment, promoting and accelerating regional economic integration, encouraging economic and technical cooperation, enhancing human security, and facilitating a favorable and sustainable business environment. Having initiatives that turn policy goals into concrete results and agreements into tangible benefits.

Based on a commitment to democratic principles, the purpose of the Partnership for Peace is to increase stability, diminish threats to peace and build strengthened security relationships between NATO and non-member countries in the Euro-Atlantic area.

An Individual Partnership and Cooperation Programme (previously called the Individual Partnership Programme) is then jointly developed and agreed between NATO and each partner country. These two-year programmes are drawn up from an extensive menu of activities, according to each country’s specific interests and needs. All partners have access to the Partnership and Cooperation Menu, which comprises some 1,600 activities.

There are hidden characteristics that adversely effect the consumer with other competing renewable energies. The three most mentioned  renewable energies are Geothermal, Solar, and Wind.

Geothermal energy needs thermal hotspots which can be costly to explore due to
exploratory bore holes that can be thousands of feet deep. It also requires an abundant amount of water from natural resources which may be unavailable if drought conditions are present in those geographical areas.

Solar energy is approximately 15% efficient. Solar panels have a massive physical footprint and are costly. Approximately $2.0 to $3.5 million per megawatt installed for large utility scale solar projects.  And with only a 15% efficiency rating the cost per MW is even more staggering making it almost 7 times more expensive.

Wind energy is 40% efficient. Wind energy is  just as costly having a $2.0 million per megawatt installed price tag. Wind must also have a back up energy source which is typically a fossil fuel power plant.  A 40% efficiency rate makes the actual price per MW  2 1/2 times more expensive.

Therefore the cost to have the U.S. Government subsidize energy is  between .07 to .12 cents per kW/H with solar and wind renewables. This is the amount  the Government must pay to energy companies just to bring the price per kW/H down to an average of .12 cents per kW/H for the consumer.

Our LEARCT Platforms will create a paradigm shift within the inefficient energy economic structure that unfortunately is the current status quo.  Our clean renewable energy power station LEARCT,  is 100% efficient. It will be less expensive per MW installed at $1.0 Million. LEARCT does not rely on electricity generation from fossil fuel power plants.  The cost per kW/H for our LEARCT clean renewable energy to the  consumer will be as low as 0.06 cents per kW/H and never exceed .11 cents per kW/H . All without the need for U.S. Government subsidies. This will enable a surplus of money for much needed funding for education, healthcare, and infrastructure improvements.

In the near future LEARCT will become less per installation due to market demand and our ability to fragment our clean renewable energy power stations into smaller energy segments.
